01Who we are

Vyrelle is a brand of Deepanshu Empire, a proprietorship owned by Deepanshu Tyagi. "We", "us" and "Vyrelle" mean Deepanshu Empire; "you" means the person using the site or placing an order.

02Products and descriptions

We describe and photograph every piece as accurately as we can. Handcrafted and dyed pieces can vary slightly in colour, finish or pattern, and screens show colours differently; these small variations aren't defects. Gold-plated and artificial jewellery is not made of solid precious metal.

03Orders

An order is a request to buy. It's accepted when we confirm it by email or on your order page. We may decline or cancel an order if a piece is out of stock, a price or listing was clearly wrong, the address can't be served, or we suspect fraud or resale. Any amount paid is then refunded in full.

You must be 18 or older, or order with a parent or guardian's consent, and give accurate contact and delivery details.

04Pricing and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST. Shipping and any cash on delivery fee are shown before you pay. Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking and wallets). Cash on delivery is available on eligible PIN codes and order values. MRPs and discounts shown are as supplied or set by us and may change without notice; the price you pay is the one confirmed at checkout.

05Delivery

We ship across India with Delhivery. Timelines are estimates and are explained in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

06Cancellations, returns and refunds

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch, and most pieces can be returned within 5 days of delivery. The details, exceptions and refund timelines are in our Returns & Refunds policy, which forms part of these terms.

07Using the site

Please don't misuse the site: no attempts to break its security, scrape it in bulk, place fake orders, or post unlawful content. All text, photographs, designs and the Vyrelle name and logo belong to us and can't be copied or used commercially without our written permission.

08Our responsibility

We're responsible for delivering what you ordered as described. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we aren't liable for indirect losses. Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

09Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.

10Governing law and grievances

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, without affecting your right to approach a consumer commission.
